Received the AEM cam gears from Arnout, very nice piece of work. I hope to find some time this month to install this cams and gears.

Retuned the ignition map a little at high rpm, and +/- 1.0 bar sites.
Advanced timing one degree. During my last testrun I saw that she did not knock, and boost creep was a little less like it used to be.
Piece by piece, the engine is getting tuned better and better.
First, before tuning, boost creep went up to 1.3 bar at A/F 10:1. When I retuned the fuel map to 11:1, boost creep went up to 1.1 bar. Now after adjusting ingnition timing, boost creep went up to 1.0 bar. My boostcontroller is set at 0.55....

For those who like it to know, timing now is:

Good news for me. Long time ago, I bought an old broken laptop, with only DOS, for the Autronic Software. That was no problem since Autronic did not have any windows software. Since then, a lot of things are changed, and Autronic is having very nice windows software, including some nice power graph dyno sheet. This way I can make a run, and check out the power output, change some parameters, run again, and look if things are going better or not. But.... since my laptop did only contains DOS, and no windows, I could not install this Autronic windows software.
You would say: easy, just install windows..., correct, but not, since my laptop did have an broken cd-rom player. So, last night my friend did take a look, and he was able to install windows, and repair the cd-rom player....whoehooooo... happy me.

Went out last night, testing with the new Autronic Software, and checking some EGT's. Like I told before, I advanced timing one degree in the high rpm range. Max EGT went up to 910°C now. Max boost was 1.05 bar. Perhaps a little more leaning out, and a little more timing advance will lighten her up.
With an normal warm engine, EGT at idle was +/- 470°C.
Cruising at 100 - 120 km/h, EGT was between 650 - 725°C.

According to the Autronic software, power output from my engine is about 255 hp at 6,200 rpm.
