It seems that the error 43 is gone. We wait and see.....

Made some wirings. Should have done this long time ago, since the dash is disassambled long time now. But finally I made the device.

Because switching off the boostcontroller, and boost falling back to stock boost level, does not work, due to boost creep, I made an circuit that, as soon as the ERL water injection error light comes on, the Autronic is seeing an coolant temp off 127C, and limiting max rpm to 4.000.
This is the schematic: Schema, and the Connector

Used the time to make a logswitch too. Dennis Heath did sent me a nice drawing, and I colored the schema myself. With this switch, I can make the ECU log the data from the engine. So I do not need an laptop to log the data. On a later timeschedule I can connect the laptop to the Autronic, and download the log file from the ECU memory. Easy mod, lots of pleasure.

Installing the circuits was not that much work, testing neither. Unfortunately, with reassambling the ERL stuff, I lost the ERL 4mm connector somewhere in the engine bay.... Lucky for me, I did not have a spare one, and the tread is of such a kind that I did not have a plug, to put in the manifold, to stop the waterpump from pushing. So every time the ERL went on error..sigh.... since I wired it in a way I cannot disable the ERL, my only choice was to pull the fuse. Unfortunately, this fuse was used too for the ignition power feed to the CDI, result: the engine would not start. Before I discoverd this all, I was two hours further..... sigh....

Anyway, spoke with Richard Lamb, and he is sending me some new connectors asap. Good service from ERL, as always.
