Boost creep is an problem what is not going to disappear. We opened the wastegate by hand, and made a test run, still got an max boost of 1,0 bar at high revs. So, actually there need a lot of work to be done, to solve this. But hey, I think, I can live with it....

Still strugling with the error code 43 "sync lost". Did a lot of tests, like disconnect alternator, rewiring, replacing coil, other injection end angle, I even received an other, better interference resistance, chip from Autronic, great service. Unfortunately it did not work. Soon I am going to attach a oscilloscoop, and see what happends with the signals.

This error at about 5.000 rpm is causing a bad hesitation, I checked my log file and found out this:
The time used in third gear from 2.000 rpm to 7.000 rpm was in 2004, with the old cams:
  rpm 2-3000 3-4000 4-5000 5-6000 6-7000 2-7000
2004 old cam sec 2.585 1.980 2.145 2.365 3.135 12.210
2005 new cam sec 2.730 1.715 1.696 2.454 2.695 11.290
progress sec -145 265 449 -089 440 920

As you can see, most of the time acceleration gained time, but between 5.000 and 6.000 rpm, she lost time, in stead of gaining time....

If I make a table with 500 rpm:
rpm 2-2500 2.5-3000 3-3500 3.5-4000 4-4500 4.5-5000 5-5500 5.5-6000 6-6500 6.5-7000 7-7350 total
2004 1485 1100 990 990 1009 1136 1100 1265 1320 1815 1265 13475
2005 1620 1110 805 910 890 806 1339 1115 1235 1460 1110 12400
progress -135 -10 185 80 119 330 -239 150 85 355 155 1075

Now you can see she looses an horrible lot of time at about 5.000 to 5.500 rpm. It is time to solve this thing.

Nothing much to say further. Car is still going strong. A dash light failed recently... :(

Did a little fine-tuning, add some timing, adjust A/F to an additional 11.9, and backed up water injection a little. Pushed her to redline 7,700 rpm for the first time, scary... set the rev limiter back to 7,500, that is enough for me, period!
