Received a message from Arnout that he has the AEM cam gears ready to ship, wow amazing...... this soon......

Loaded a new map into the car, with other injector data, and a new mapped fuel map. Seems to be that she has knock at around 0.9 bar at @ 3.500 rpm, I have to look into that, but I do not have the time now.

Made an testbank to see if the sparkplug wires are good, and to see if I have the correct wiring diagrams for the wasted spark setup. Looks to be that everything is ok.
At the moment I am busy too with an other 340 hp N/A family sedan project ... :-) but as soon as that is finished, I am going to swap the distributor for the DIS.

Made an new run to datalog the new fuelmap.
Since I was running an A/F from 10.0:1, I saw an EGT of 980C, and an boost creep, from 0.9 bar to 1.3 bar under WOT. So, I retuned my fuelmaps to 11,0:1, and now EGT was 920C, and less boost creep, to 1.1 bar. Looking at above, I have reason to believe that if A/F is too rich, fuel is burning in the (my) exhaust runner, causing high EGT's and boost creep.

If I find some time, I will try to retune A/F to 11.8:1 at 1 bar, and see what happens with EGT and boost creep.

I did not hold WOT long time, because, personally, I think 900 + degrees is too much. But until now she has seen several times 900+ degrees, and still going strong. I have to admit that I have a good cooling circuit now, new triple pass rad, and 71C thermostat, twin fan. The engine coolant is having an steady temp of 80C at 7.000 rpm, 1 bar, 11.0 A/F.
